Got too many Teddypine thoughts that need out so I figured I'd start with the dance scene from my perspective as a Latin dancer. While the social dancing that takes place in the scene can be all fun & games, 'catching feelings' for your dance partner is a real thing that can happen with the general lack of personal space, the intimacy of frequent eye contact and the level of trust required especially from the person being led (following). Trusting your partner to lead you well & safely and allowing yourself to be led is hard.

As a man, Pine would be used to leading but after he threatened Roxana during their dance she decided she wasn't having it. She subtly called Teddy back over, took the lead from both of them and encouraged them to each other:
