Yes I. Spent time on those <3 his mouth is technically always open. He’s missing some of his tongue and the opening to his throat is exposed. You’re right in that his tongue peeks out sometimes, especially if he tries talkin yknow
He has. So many issues with mouth dryness and talking and all that. And he can’t chew, he can’t eat how he used to, so he has a feeding tube instead
