NEWS ANCHOR- “Award winning actor and director, Ezra Zhang was pronounced dead this morning after a fiery crash in his company jet. It went down just after take-off out of South Africa where Zhang was filming his latest movie. Ezra leaves a ten year old son, Devin Zhang, who was staying with a nanny while Ezra was out of the country. 

Sources have indicated that for years Ezra was legally required to keep the name of the child’s mother private.  Now that he is deceased, the State has intervened and sources close to the situation have said that none other than the late Lily Feng is the child’s mother.  Lily was the wealthy business tycoon that owned Feng Studios and Feng Records. She was known throughout the world and responsible for Zhang’s career, as well as many others.  Including what sources now say is the child’s legal guardian, Ava Boedell Browne. Ava retired from the business years ago, but was briefly married to Zhang when they both were big stars in their first film. Lily Feng died unexpectedly four years ago, and her vast empire and fortune went to Ivan Villareal, who co-owned several businesses with Feng. 

Paternity tests are being completed on the young Zhang to prove his parentage. If indeed Lily Feng proves to be the mother of young Devin, attorneys are ready to file paperwork against Feng’s estate and Ivan Villareal to turn over the Feng fortune to the young child and to be held in escrow until he is eighteen. We mourn the loss of a great star, another star whose light has went out way too soon. More on this story as we learn more of the fate of this possible young Feng Heir.”

MEANWHILE BACK AT WILLOW CREEK ~

AVA- “I just got off the phone with an attorney in San Myshuno...”

SPENCER- “What about?”

AVA- “Remember Ezra Zhang?”

SPENCER- “Of course I do. You were married briefly...”

AVA- “You are not going to let me forget that are you?  Anyway he died yesterday! In a plane wreck. He was flying back from a location shoot in South Africa. His place went down.”

SPENCER- “Oh dear, that is horrible!!  But why did the attorney call you?”

AVA- “Apparently, Ezra has a son. And you will never guess who his mother was...”

SPENCER- “No clue.”

AVA- “LILY FENG!!  She made Ezra take him and raise him, and not tell anyone who his mother was until he was of age. But now that Ezra has died, the attorney has been appointed by the state to do a paternity test to prove that he is Lily’s son. If it is true, this little kid will become one of the richest kids in Sims County! And Ivan Villareal will lose everything!”

SPENCER- “Okay, but why did the attorney contact you, because you were his ex-wife?”

AVA- “No...in Ezra’s will he named us as parental guardians if anything was to happen to him!! They want us to come to San Myshuno tomorrow and meet him. If we don’t take him, he will go into a home.”

SPENCER- “Oh, my...US?  He chose us to be his child’s guardian in case of his death? It would have been nice if he would have told us. We haven’t seen him since...well since before Nico was taken.”

EZRA- “I mean I enjoyed being married to you Ava, even if it was for just a few months. Now you and Spencer can finally do what you should have done years ago.”

Kip starts to lunge towards Ezra, but Ivan has come on stage and pulls him back....

IVAN- “Come on Kip, let’s go home.  You need to get control of yourself!”

KIP- “Get your hands off of me, you redheaded gay bastard!”

MADDIE- “Ava, are you okay?”

AVA- “Yeah, let’s just get out of here.......”

Once Kip is taken out by security, Ezra grabs his wife in front of the camera and gives her an amazing kiss.

Chaos ensues, and soon Ezra is on the stage....Ava just watches in shock!

EZRA- “Kip Grant, you are nothing but a manipulative, abusive, egotistical piece of shit, that don’t even deserve to be here tonight. Your lack of work ethic is just as bad as your moral character.  Everyone is afraid of you for some reason, But you don’t fucking scare me!!! And you have no right to come on national TV and attack my wife and make claims about OUR son!”

JACK- (in the background)  “no, keep the camera’s rolling...this is better than any episode I’ve seen of The Good Cop...keep them on them!”

KIP- “He is NOT your son!  You are the liar and manipulator. And a piss poor actor as well!  I have the truth! Nico is my son, and I have the DNA tests to prove it!! Now take your ass back to whatever roach infested slum you came from before I send you back there myself!”

EZRA- “Hey...you are Kip Grant...wow, the amazing Kip Grant, sitting down right next to me!!! You are a great actor man. I can’t believe they let you go on “Restless Nights” after only two seasons! That was crazy, and the they way they killed your character off...that was just WAY wrong dude.”

KIP- “Yeah, but I got my own show now. Here to meet my potential co-star. I’m actually going to be late for the auditions.”

EZRA- “YOU are here for my audition?!  You mean this audition is for your show!!??”

KIP- “You are auditioning?”

EZRA- “Holy fucking shit!!  I may be Kip Grant’s freaking co-star???!!!  Oh man what an awesome life I have.  I’m Ezra by the way...Ezra Zhang.”

KIP- “Well good luck in there, I think I would like working with you!”

EZRA- “Oh my Goodness...I can not believe this!!!  Who would have thought a year ago, an out of work actor would be standing up here now as this year’s best actor!!  I just want to thank Ivan Villareal for giving me the opportunity to audition and believing in me. For @bottsbotts who made me what I am...   For the crew and make up people that have helped me tremendously and most of all thank you to my new, and beautiful wife, Ava Boedell for supporting me!!  I love you Ava!!!  Thank you everyone!!”

Prayers were answered... The baby and Ava were fine....
