Certificate of origin: often referred to as CO. This document is a must in international trade. Letter of credit: letter of credit is needed to guarantee that the payment from the buyer to the seller will be received on time. International import certificate: this certificate insures that imported goods won’t be re-exported without export license. It usually applies to controlled goods, such as military goods, dual-use, chemicals and so on. Preparing this document can be quite a hassle, because of the number of regulations you need to know.
