Becky was going about her day , getting some groceries for a Dinner she promised Troy for his Birthday that was coming up. She smiled a little as she saw the usual bag boy just strolling around the aisles. Approached the other she put her arms behind her. “ Hey there , Bag boy. Is it not your shift today?” She hummed out in sarcastic tone , not to be hurtful it was just strange to see someone she only saw in one context suddently in another. 

look shifts, eyes widen, brows raise, all an attempt to look innocent. he’d clearly been a little judgemental, it had been written all over his face. that was the one downside about not speaking much: his facial expressions had become a primary way he communicated - only issue being he never made much of an effort to mask his expressions, never tried to control what people saw. he was an emotive boy, even if most people didn’t pay enough attention to realise it. hands are raised gently, hands palms out as if about to go into a rant defending himself. but of course he doesn’t, mouth never opening. a slight smile grows, as if to say he knows what he’s doing, but the rest of him is still trying to portray innocence. silence, however, always feels at least a little judgemental, so it doesn’t matter how innocent he looks, that judgemental feeling would always be there.

          “you think i would lie about things like that? of course i think you’re strong.” he then set his hand on lee’s head and ruffled the curls. “anyone who doesn’t is lying to themselves.”

          “you know, with how amazing superheroes are these days, i bet with your powers you’d be so popular! trust me on that! i have electricity powers as well when i’m in another form and people love me!” 

AND  JUST  LIKE  THAT --  the  excitement  he  felt  vanished  and  he  quickly  handed  back  the  item  he  previously  had  admired  so  much.  Wide  eyes  &  excited  gaze  now  replaced  with  something  else.  ❝that’s ...  that’s  not  good❞  Stanley  replied,  head  shaking  at  the  words  &  he  took  a  slow  step  back.  ❝you  should  GIVE  IT  BACK❞

          “like you, there are other beings in this world, but they’re much...much more dangerous.” 

  There’s a voice nearby, and Peter shakes his head, not even determining who it is. He’s SPIDER-MAN, he just needs to push through it. “I’m-- I’m fine, I jus’-- just gotta-” Another GASP of air, and that’s when he’s told to breathe. “I can’t-- I can’t-” His lungs feel like they’re closing in, but...he’s got no choice but to heed the other’s advice. So he starts trying to take deeper breaths, one step at a time.

“ everyone asks , what superpower would you have? and i’m all like no, ask the real questions, what if i wanted to be normal, what if i didn’t want to be superman and wanted to louis lane, or like a firefighter...like, come on. ”
