I guess it would be something like "users with little understanding of code are unaware of how many orders of magnitude more complex the code that makes a social media platform with two apps and a website and millions of users work is compared to the code to hack features into the browser version, and so they assume that the xkit team's rapid iteration rate on fixing visible bugs compared to staff's is a sign that the xkit team members are programming gods and staff is incompetent, so any problem not solved within two hours is staff's fault. which, like... sure, fine, I guess I can see how you get there given a specific set of information?)
