I guess I am doing a what I eat in a day thing lol. Didn't mean to. It just kinda happened because the food I am eating today is just so picturesque I couldn't help it. This "no-egg" fried rice is a mix of Madagascar pink rice, onion, left over edamame, tofu, garlic, soy sauce, a little bit of sesame oil, and finely chopped spinach for garnish and color. I also will add that I did add a pinch of curry powder and nutritional yeast at the beginning when I crumbled the tofu in the wok.
