In a burger, you can taste the exotic flavors of Thailand. The Thai Smile Burgers have a juicy beef patty that has been mixed with Thai red curry paste, coconut milk, and spices. They are then topped with fresh basil, pineapple, and a sweet chili mayo sauce.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup Thai red curry paste. 1/4 cup coconut milk. 1 tsp fish sauce. 1 tsp sugar. 1/2 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup sliced cucumber. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of pineapple. 4 slices of red onion. 4 leaves of fresh basil. 4 slices of Swiss cheese. 4 tbsp mayonnaise. 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Thai red curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties and grill them for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they're lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom bun, followed by a slice of Swiss cheese, a slice of pineapple, a slice of red onion, and a basil leaf. Spread mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce on the top bun, then place it on top of the assembled ingredients. Serve the Thai Smile Burgers with shredded lettuce and sliced cucumber on the side.
