    the foot scrapes backwards & forwards on this spot of dirt  / the head is a crime scene / the heart is a dead weight / everything else is blue. distance or no distance, he still is your younger brother. he still shares the same blood as you. he still has memories to make, only with you, see? what the world is trying to tell you is that you need to stop spinning the blow & throwing that pin, ravel the distance that is lodged in your throat. Who could ignore Sunny? The most perfect, adorable, bestest lizard one could meet? Sure, he’s a little stinky and his scales aren’t the prettiest thing to look at…But it’s his heart that counts! A deep breath, then following a huff. A muffled statement coming through her mask.

todoroki  seemed  DISTRACTED,   ( what  was  on  his  mind?  was  something   bothering   him?  )   so  he  simply  nods  at  the  request  and  begins  to  explain  again.  (  his   hand   over   todoroki’s,  a  feeling  rises  in  the  pit  of  his  stomach  that  he  wasn’t  sure  why  it’s  there. )   the  cuts  with  the  knife  deft,  as  it  cuts  through  the  food  with  ease.

only  then  does  he  seem  to  notice.  todoroki’s  hand  is  cold  in  his  own.  he  stops  mid - sentence  for  a  moment,  brows  furrowing  ever  so  slightly  from  confusion.   ❛  your  hand  is  cold.  ❜    he  doesn’t  know  why  he  made  that  comment.

heat  rises  to  his  cheeks  and  he  clears  his  throat,   ❛  anyways---  as  i  was  saying,  you  have  to  keep  your  hands  clear  from  the  blade,  don’t  put  it  on  the  top  either,  your  finger  might  slip  off  of  it  mid-slice...  ❜   he  never  taught  anyone  how  to  cook  before,  that  must  be  why  he’s  so  flustered.

shouto was never rly taught how to properly cook, wasn’t really ever given the chance, so he knows how 2 make like instant meals n such (mainly ramen) but he’d really love to learn to cook Actual Food
