I was thinking about a lot back then, what was the point of Ted having a wedding dress in this episode, since he could be the scary monster without it, too. But now, I know why.

Hello Madagascar Fandom!

May 12 is the 4th anniversary of All Hail King Julien: Exiled. So starting that date there will be an event to celebrate! It will run for two weeks and each day will be centered on an episode.

However, for this event the themes are mostly there if you want a challenge. You don't have to do all the themes to participate in the event. All you need to do to participate is make something Exiled themed during the two week window. Any content tagged #Exiled-iversary will be reblogged here during the event!

Any form of fan content is welcome and encouraged. This is including but not limited to fanart, fanfiction, fan videos, analysis, reviews, crafts, memes, etc.

Two brothers in the crater of their own creation. One laying sprawled out beneath the stone symbol of his cruelty. The other standing before him with spear in hand aimed at his kin’s throat.

“Any last words? Something that might go on your tombstone or an inspirational poster?” Sage snarled.

“Heh. You wouldn’t kill me! You couldn’t hurt a plant, let alone your own flesh and blood!” Koto sneered, giving his kin a contemptuous side eye.

“True but the journey that brought us here as shown me that sometimes it is the only option! Goodbye brother!” Sage proclaimed, lifting his weapon over his head for the killing blow when suddenly, something brought his rancorous resolve to a screeching halt. For within a blink, Koto’s form changed from monstrous man to little boy, just as Sage remembered him all those seasons ago.

“Babak, what are you doing!?” Little Koto pleaded, looking up at his brother with wounded puppy eyes. “Why do you want to hurt me!?”

“Wh-what?” Sage stuttered breathlessly, staggered by this turn of events, by the return of the sweet little lemur he had missed so much. His gaze then swiftly softened, he slowly lowered his weapon to where it’s tip almost touched the ground and tenderly tried to reassure his kin through quivering breathes, “N-no. No, I don’t want to hurt you! I-I...I...”

“Don’t you love me anymore!?” Koto pitifully implored, his tiny voice brimming with hurt, his little body trembling as the promise of tears started to pool within his innocent eyes.

“Of course I love you! You’re my brother! I’ll always love you!” Sage told him with tender earnest. He then looked down at the spear firmly grasped in his hands and that’s when realization crashed down upon him. “Oh gods, what am I doing!?” He cried, utterly mortified, but when he tried to let go of his weapon, his hands remained tightly clamped to it. Confused, Sage tried again but his fingers only tightened their grip on the deadly instrument and that’s when his arms began to raise it once more.

“What the...no. No! No, I don’t want this! Stop! Please!” Sage beseeched, watching with mounting horror as the spear’s razor sharp tip was aimed at Koto once more.

At the little lemur whose tiny body was now shaking like a leaf trapped in a tropical storm as he looked upon his brother with big eyes brimming with a bitter cocktail of tears, fear and heart shattered betrayal. Stabbing Sage’s own like a thousand knives, the blood pouring out in his panicked plea.

“Koto, run!”

But Koto remained where he lay, with eyes locked with the spear’s head as Sage thrust it towards him, his mouth agape, his voice gone as a horrified cry escaped from his kin’s, but just as the weapon was a whisker away from the little lemur’s heart, the world went dark.
