Sleep still eludes, but I still train. Sprint training last week went well. Snapped this video of my second to last sprint. The length of the building is just over 100 meters. I stop 10 meters short so I don’t run into the edge. Celebration! This morning I didn’t need to exhale in pain when my feet touched the floor. 👍 And I got myself to the pool for 500m of water walking. 👋 The physio said be careful when you get out as you will feel heavy. My goodness she was right - from near weightlessness to gravity - what a weird sensation! I will aim to get back tomorrow morning before my physio session. Feeling positive I am on the mend. 💧😁💧 #rehab
