How to use Geography feature in excel?
1.Open Microsoft Excel. 2. Select the cell or cells in which you want to enter the geographical data. 3. Click the âDataâ tab on the ribbon. 4. Select âGeographyâ from the list of data types. 5. Enter the geographical data into the cell(s). 6. Select âValidateâ from the âDataâ tab on the ribbon. 7. Select âValidate with Geographyâ from the drop-down menu. 8. Excel will automatically format the data according to the geographic data type.
