Today I weighed in at 218.2 pounds. When I started this journey I never imagined that I'd get this far. It definitely takes hardwork, dedication, and some will power. However it has gotten much easier as I got my routine down and replaced old habits. I've still got work to do but I'm pretty happy with my progress.
