"Mr. Snake Maaan?"
Snake blinked, looking down at the copy. He raised an eyebrow, unsure of how to address him. “…Yes?”
"It ain't that impressive."
"What did I just say."
"I’m your prototype." Time Man was comfortable calling himself this, as the word by itself didn’t have so many negative connotations as other robots seemed to treat it with. What was wrong with being the predecessor? It was like being a wise elder… as long as the prototype itself was actually smart, of course, which Time Man did consider himself to be. "Or… a copy of your prototype, actually."
There were a number of things from Flash’s design that intrigued him. Being built for combat instead of research, for example- well, he knew the entire second line was supposed to be entirely combat-based, but the element of time was hardly a weapon. It made Time Man curious enough to scan Flash’s capabilities. Oh- he had a minigun. Okay. Another thing that intrigued him, though, was what was the difference between their weapons. A scan didn’t tell him that. He hadn’t looked at the writing on the blueprints, Dr. Wily had shooed him off before he could.
"My name is Time Man, same as the original." Time Man gave a childish smile, even though he wasn’t the least bit certain of how to think of Flash Man. "I was curious what you would be like. I’ve seen your blueprints."
Flashman raised an eyebrow. "I wasn't aware that Master Wily had made you before he made me..."
Then, Timeman said "Same as the original." Wait, what? Flash tilted his head, staring at the other quizzically before it clicked: A copy.
"Master Wily made another copy robot, huh? I can't imagine why." The last one had failed miserably, so what was the point in another? "Who created the original?"
He did answer the copy's question, however, a moment later. "You were curious about me?" He grinned. "I'm curious about you as well; I've yet to see another Robot Master who's based purely around the concept of time." Well, aside from Quick, but that was rather loose in comparison to Flash.
Besides, Quick was an asshole.

Recognizing Flash from the blueprints Time had seen over Dr. Wily's shoulder, he approaches the larger DWN and tugs on his arm. "So you're the finished product?"
Flash blinked when he was tugged on the arm, having not expected it. He glanced down at the little robot, one eye narrowing in confusion. He didn’t recognize this one…
A quick scan didn’t help all that much either. He didn’t get a serial number he recognized…But what he did get (from both the scan and the general appearance of the other) was that this robot had something to do with time. Huh.
"It depends on what you mean by that." He said, not really bothering to kneel down in order to get to Timeman’s height.. "Who’re you, kid?"
