Evil Within 2 voted game most stuck in my head even though I've never played it. All games should have a secret cutscene where they say the game title and look down the barrel at the player. Especially sequels that become increasingly forced sounding if you do so.
I finally finish playing the Dark Story and pick up the Hero side of things and a snarky voice chimes in like:
"Hey, you finally finished fawning over that faker? That's right, this is a Sonic Adventure, Too!"

Personally. With a biased opinion, it has to be The Evil Within. (A.k.a Psycho Break)
I don't think it got as much recognition as it deserves.
A lot of horror games - then and still now - are sadly and poorly compared to Resident Evil. They're then tossed aside and thought little of. (Even if they don't fall under the same category of horror.) Presumably, by those who don't give these other games the time of day to even play. ๐ฎโ๐จ Assumingly . . More often than not all because RE is so popular and held in high regard.
Evil Within's story, creatures, and atmosphere is simply awesome, the characters and their designs are interesting, and it leaves with an edge of the seat cliffhanger with much possibilities to come of it!
It as a whole was mad slept on and honestly still it.
It has to be one of my most favorite games in the world. It's my comfort game, honestly!๐ซฐ๐ฅน๐
I've platinum both games and all dlcs and STILL play it over and over again. Lol.
