I fucking hate the bullshit generated content that is pervading youtube (and everywhere else) these days. Used to be you could let youtube burble away in background and know that there was a solid chance what you were listening to was legit stories, or at least made by an actual person intending to entertain somewhat.
Let youtube burble now and after a few minutes it ends up on some absolute shite AI slop that repeats itself a bunch and never gets to a point and once it's seen one video get a view, even only for 30 seconds, your recommendations fill up with bountiful piles more of the shite.
Fuck Generative AI and the myriad resources it wastes to make halfassed video essays that clutter up the feed and try to bamboozle the audience.
