Ingredients for 4-6 servings:

600-1000g turkey breast, chicken breast or pork - 15-20 bacon slices (depending on how big your piece of meat is, you might as well need more)

500ml whole milk, 3,5% fat

100ml heavy cream

Cut up potatoes, only if you want to. Mashed potatoes are great as well with the milk sauce!

How to:

Cover the meat with the bacon

Put about 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan to melt at medium-high heat

Put in the roast and let cook for about 2-3 min on each side until the bacon becomes brown

Add the milk and the cream, eventually the potatoes and let cook at medium-low heat for about 45 min. The roast needs to be half in milk, so if you have a bigger piece, add more!

Turn roast after half of the cooking time

Slice up and serve!
