The welcome banner is strung up between trees at the entrance of Spring Rise, the Village of Festivals. You don't remember how you ended up on the trail leading to this village, but the vague question quickly disappears after you're struck by the feeling of awe and wonder. The atmosphere in this village is warm and welcoming. The streets are lively and you feel a sense of joy bubbling in your chest.
A local spots you and greets you merrily, offering you a [MAP] of the area, as well as a brochure of activities available for newcomers to partake in.

The girls have been invited to a college Halloween party. The place in particular that they have been invited to, has had some peculiar rumors going around. For a week straight, men and women in the neighborhood have gone missing. The cops believe it is a series of kidnappings. The neighborhood is starting to grow quiet, and another night comes by.
Some college students are throwing a Halloween party at their house. The college these kids are from happen to be from Rose's college, hence the invitations. Of course, Rose doesn't want to go alone so she asked for extra invitations.
There's been far too many kidnappings in a short period of time, could it be a stand user? Or… something else entirely?
Rose, Shanna, Kikumi, Kazeko, and Kazuno all get together to investigate this mystery at the college party.
Perhaps they can enjoy themselves a little bit too, but they must not forget the real reason that they're here.

“Are you alright over there, here let me grab that for you…oop!” Blake giggled as she used her quick reflexes to grab a falling bottle of frosting that a three year old had decided they no longer wanted to use. Sugar cookies scattered across the table in front of her which was being swarmed by both adults and children, she was trying to keep an eye on everything while packaging up a couple of already decorated cookies in a cellophane bag for a couple who were just leaving. “Which colour ribbon did you want? We have green, gold, red, silver, and … dark blue…” Running through the options before tying their bags with the choices and lifting her head to the next customer. “Hey! Sorry about that, it’s all go go go over here - but luckily we’ve only had tears a couple of times and mostly from the kids.”
Obviously she was joking, there had been crying from toddlers dropped their half decorated cookies but not adults…yet. Once the mulled wine had been flowing a little longer that could all change. Maybe she had bitten off a little more than she could chew by doing both a stall that sold cakes and cookies on top of also having a section where people could decorate their own differently shaped cookies with various frostings and sprinkles - it was fun but it was a lot.
