The Quest Ball dinner and auction is Valley Christian Schools’ (VCS) highest-grossing fundraiser for our K-12 schools. The Community Development and Advancement team invites our Warrior Club donors, alums, and employees via a mailed, printed invitation. The tenth Anniversary of the Quest Ball prompted our design team to create an elevated and high-end invitation that captured the theme “Shine Bright: Reflections of Light.” 

The VCS Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team developed a cohesive brand for the event, delivering key materials such as invitations, promotional fliers, a website, videography, photography, email campaigns, social media content, signage, a PowerPoint presentation, and the event program.

As the Senior Design Manager, I created the look and feel for the entire event and brought the "Shine Bright" theme to life with a holographic invitation. As recipients opened the envelope, a prism-like effect cast iridescent rays of color through the diamond-cut font of the title, "SHINE BRIGHT." The secondary graphic is a digitally designed prism-glitter background that shines through the “10th” typography. Our school’s “Q-dove” logo stands in for the zero to create a distinct tenth anniversary lock-up, true to our school’s “Quest for Excellence” branding.
