Ingredients: 1.5 oz freshly ground espresso beans. 2 oz hot water. 1 tsp sugar optional. 1 tsp cocoa powder optional. 1 cinnamon stick for garnish.
Instructions: Fill the Espresso Pot with water up to the safety valve. Add the freshly ground espresso beans to the filter basket, tamping them down gently but firmly. Assemble the Espresso Pot and place it on low-medium heat on your stovetop. Allow the espresso to percolate into the upper chamber, it should take about 5 minutes. While waiting, prepare your serving cup by optionally adding sugar and cocoa powder to taste. Once the espresso is ready, pour it into your cup over the sugar and cocoa powder if desired. Stir the espresso to dissolve the sugar and cocoa. Garnish with a cinnamon stick for added flavor and presentation. Serve hot and enjoy your Espresso Elegance!
