You know I’m celebrating National Irish Coffee Day today with my favourite Irish Cream from @fivefarmsirishcream . There are two main recipes for Irish coffee: 1. Add whiskey to brewed coffee; add sugar and cream if you’d like. 2. Add Irish cream liqueur to brewed coffee or espresso shots. Either way, you’re going to get a delicious beverage that’s cozy and warm. I’ll be drinking mine as the espresso and liqueur combo, as I’m still fully enamoured with the @nespressousa I got for Christmas. Pro tip: pull your espresso shot into a warmed glass, then pour the Irish cream over a spoon that’s just touching the side of the glass for that cool layering effect.
