Happy Bones NYC is a small espresso bar located in Little Italy, on 394 Broome Street, just south of the Bowery. The interior is a beautifully crafted atmosphere with lot's of angles and clean lines, three small tables and a tiny book selection for sale. Also, great music and free WiFi!
Happy Bones NYC brews Counter Culture Valle del Santuario Peruvian coffee and their macchiato is superb, with notes of spice, roasted nut, and chocolate, smooth and flavorful in every sip and with the perfect amount of milk.
You might not be able to taste their Valle del Santuario blend, since it was the last batch they had, but they will brew you a Rustico, Counter Culture's Ethiopian blend, which sounds delicious according to their website:
"...brown sugar, toasted nuts, chocolate, stone fruit, even flowers."
