I hate walking the line between "standing my ground because this is something I need/something I was told I could access and suddenly I can't" and "you are not the actual person responsible for my inability to access it and I bear you no ill will as a human, I just want to be able to properly plan my committee meeting and I need an accurate assessment of my resources to do so" and constantly feeling like an ass and a pushover all in one.
