Errofluid / Erroflux / Errogender: A gender which is fluid or fluxes in relation to psychotic symptoms; e.g. when someoneās psychosis symptoms are strong and theyāre having a manic episode they feel genderless, but when theyāre having a depressive episode they feel more male. However, the term errogender can be used regardless of how your psychosis affects your gender.
Posigender: A feeling that oneās gender is defined by or influenced by positive symptoms of their schizophrenia. Positive means symptoms non-psychotic people donāt have but psychotic people might (like hallucinations, delusions).Ā
Negagender: A feeling that oneās gender is defined by or influenced by negative symptoms of their schizophrenia. Negative means traits psychotic people might have which suggest the absence of a ānormalā trait (like having flat affect, anhedonia).
Delusogender:Ā A subset of posigenderĀ in which oneās gender is influenced by oneās delusions. Strictly for schizophrenic/psychotic/delusional people. This can be a multigender identity if your delusogender is made of multiple genders itself.
Delusofluid: A subset of delusogender in which oneās gender changes as they experience delusions. This can be fluid through delusogenders, or simply changing between experiencing a delusogender and not experiencing one.
Holidelusogender: A subset of delusogender in which oneās gender is affected by delusions of being divine, holy, Ā demonic, angelic, or godly.
Grandelusogender: A subset of delusogender in which oneās gender is influenced by delusions of grandeur.
Paradelusogender: A subset of delusogender in which oneās gender is influenced by paranoid delusions. Ā
Genderfake: Feeling that your gender is part of your hallucinations or delusions. For people who experience delusions or hallucinations as part of their mental illness or neurodivergence only.
Gendernoia: A gender affected by paranoia. Can be combined with other genders.
Psychogender: A gender that can only be understood in the context of a psychotic disorder.
Malagender: A gender which is created or influenced by maladaptive daydreaming or fantasy prone personalities. For example a malagender person might feel male usually but their gender may feel more nonbinary during a maladaptive daydreaming episode. A gender specific to people who experience maladaptive daydreaming due to a neurodivergence such as: schizotypal personality disorder, schizoid personality disorder, schizophrenia or similar.
Genderdisordered: A gender that is heavily influenced by, or unable to be defined because of disorganized thinking or a thought disorder.
Skhizeingender: A gender that is strongly connected to schizophrenia, or having a gender that is difficult to describe or communicate because of being schizophrenic.Ā This term is exclusive to individuals with schizophrenia or schizophrenia related symptoms.Ā Pronounced: sk-heez-ein-gender
Schizo-: An orientation for people on the schizo spectrum who feel like their disorder(s) affects their attraction in the way they perceive it, experience it or in its intensity.Ā
Mala-: An orientation which is created or influenced by maladaptive daydreaming or fantasy prone personalities. For example a Malasexual person might feel pansexual usually but may feel more asexual during a maladaptive daydreaming episode. An orientation specific to people who experience maladaptive daydreaming due to a neurodivergence such as: schizotypal personality disorder, schizoid personality disorder, schizophrenia or similar.
