Proud to say that I do impose my interpretation of the vibes of "sad drunk" or "emotional alcoholic" Menelaus and do stand by my statement hahaha It is just his vibe as a friend said! Haha and I am glad to see that Eric Shanower had the same idea as me with his "Age of Bronze" so I know I am on the right track! Hahaha I mean look at the sad redhead!
Hahaha he totally is a sad drunk! Haha so yes I do stand by my headcanon guys! Hahaha Of course featured to my stories. Firstly got to me with my "Heart to Heart" one-shot but now more presented to my "Great Sorrow" story which is updated to my ao3!
Found some xeroxes of a story I drew & lettered a million years ago. Script by Eric Shanower from a story by Ruth Plumly Thompson.
Back then I was always looking for an excuse to draw like my favorite pen & ink illustrators from the golden age of book & magazine illustration.
My primary influence on this would have been Charles Dana Gibson, but Iβm sure I had a big pile of works by Arthur Rackham, JC Coll, Daniel Vierge, James M Flagg and others stacked up next to my drawing board.
Yet another coloring of Eric Shanower's comic Age of bronze
It is once again time for, Scraps illustrations posting.
With some of her and Scarecrow too. And one with Popla at the end.
1-6 are by John R Neill.
7 is by Frank G Kramer
8-10 are by Eric Shanower

Do you happen ro know how trojan clothing would like during the bronze age? Also how similar culture they had to Greece?
This is not something I have researched that much. Some scholars have suggested that the Bronze Age Trojans were a Luwian culture within the sphere of the Hittite empire. Eric Shanower has based the Trojans on the Hittites in his comic series Age of Bronze.
Maybe @littlesparklight has something to add? She has studied the Bronze Age Trojans much more than I have.
