Have you ever seen anyone wear wings to a festival? I want to do a Princess Celestia (my little pony) outfit & I wanna wear wings connected to my arms but if its not allowed I won't do it. I haven't seen any rules about it just wondering if you knew

I used to wear wings to Every. Single. Rave. Literally, every rave that I wen to. That was back in the day before festivals were popular, and a “massive” was only ~2k people. But, yes, I’m super pro-wing :)
I wear all kinds of crazy costumes to festivals and events. I’ve never encountered any problem. Most events love and encourage dressing up. The only rules are ones for safety - no face masks, nothing that could be used as a weapon, things that encourage drug use, etc. Wings should always be okay :)
