Ephesite was considered many things by his peers. A jokester, a nuisance, a fool, but only one considered them as intelligent. Their legacy is unclear, except for one tree that he slept under to avoid patrol.

Patrol never was their calling, originally having been a strategist with Vivianite. But with Vivianite suffering more sun damage, he changed, so Ephesite wanted to give him space. Until all they did was fight, never going back to Strategy again. During his time in patrol he was assigned to Flower Agate, who they never joined on her rounds, knowing that he is an awful fighter. Other than that, he would annoy people with copypastas, as such you should never mention the word "crazy" around him.

Days before his capture, he talked to Vivianite, normally. Listening to what he said about Flower looking up to them, they decided to head to the birch forests on their next patrol, a sunspot hotspot. Knowing Vivianite wouldn't be able to read it, they wrote it on the clipboard schedule while they were talking. On the day of his capture, everything went wrong, Flower having been shot in the leg, Epehsite took over, telling them to hurry off. Throwing off his cloak, his orange coloration was seen for the last time.
