      “Hey. Come see what’s inside this box that I found.”

“Does the wolf apologize for who he is?” He inquired, brows furrowed in thought as he listened to the other. “Or does he sit there and allow others to believe he’s the villain?” Billy hums, the sound contained in the back of his throat. “It’s easy to point the finger at me. I’m the boyfriend. But I had an alibi the whole time.” Billy gives a dismissive shrug. He’d heard the rumors about him around the town lately. “Stu and I were hanging out,” he explained further - not giving much of a true explanation to his whereabouts on the night of the attack. 

“I'm not gonna scream, beat my chest at the wind. I'm doing fine.”

Maggie was wary of strangers. After everything, she only trusted the small handful of people that she had called a family. She raised her gun and stood her ground for a moment. “Before you come any further, put any weapons that you have on the ground.”

Bandit: So what do you do? Derek: I work in genetic research, and I'm currently trying to eliminate all Cancers. Bandit: Wow, impressive. Derek: Then I'll move on to Leos.

a distant howl sings to her soul. the full moon lingers high in the sky, rapturous glee filling every fiber of her being. her teeth are on edge, & she wants so badly, no --- needs to change. heart pounds rapidly as bare feet carry her from her cabin door. running, she tears her shirt off of her frame. her bones itch, ache with the beginning of the transformation. fingers elongate, morphing into claws; sharp at each end. the further she goes throughout the woods, the less clothing she has. soon, her frame is covered in nothing but skin, & skin sprouts fur, painted by fire. the sound of cracking bones echoes throughout, a soft scream as she lets the change take over. she falls to her knees, all the while another is near. through the pain, she smiles. a friend? or a foe? the hybrid hoped for the former, rather than the latter. ╲ @ephemeralwolf ! ◞
