My entry for the tennocon 2026 community art showcase!
I am so happy I managed to finish this one in time🫡 it is definitely one of the most detailed paintings I have made so far.
It is safe to say this game has taken over my life. I started playing somewhat recently, but I have been absolutely loving it.
I am super excited to participate in my first warframe related contest, this community has been absolutely amazing♡
I hope you guys like my take on reaching rank 5 with the entrati family.
I dont know what possesed me to start painting a full entrati fam oilpaint styled digital painting for the tennocon art contest 2 weeks before the deadline but..... here we are😅
Don't know if I will finish it in time, but an entrati fam dinner painting will be made into existence. Id say im currently about 50% through!
I'm not sure if posting work in progress is against the rules or not, so I'll withold posting them for now, but I'm too excited about the idea not to post anything about it!

I may forget to film my process 90% of the time, but for this painting at least, I took bad fotos, so I thought it might be interesting to share my mess of a 'process' :)
I should get in the habit of taking actual screenshots instead, I'll try to remember.
I talk a bit about my process underneath the pictures
So I tend to start in greyscale, especially if I don't have a clear idea of where to go yet. I mostly start by putting down veeery messy shapes to get a gist of the value. From there, I start adding details slowly. Sometimes, I do them more broadly, and other times, such as in this case, I tend to focus on a small area at a time and expand from there. When I started painting the vulpaphyla, I decided I needed some extra contrast from the lil critter, so I decided to color son's skin first. I color grayscale using various layer modes. Let me know if anyone is interested in a tutorial!
Then I went about the vulpaphyle and the background in a similar way. Honestly, my method is pretty haphazard, but I felt for this particular piece it was worse than usual cause I simply had no idea where I wanted to go with it exactly. But I love how it turned out! Would you guys like to see process screens more often?
He has stolen my heart, I'm afraid. Now excuse me while I'm off to deimos to catch some goopy babies so I can hear him talk~

This time, kermerros (son) from warframe. Have been spending a lot of time on deimos trying to up my standing, and he really grew on me. His autism conservationists' rizz was very effective. The vulpaphyla was tricky to paint! But I like how it turned out!

Everything Deimos Spoilers
Twink dragged out of hiding and reunited with his family. With some 'convincing' from Roathe.
Every member of the family (minus Otak) has something to say about it, too. I'm glad we could FINALLY do this. Even if Loid is not blood related to the kids, he's still someone who was in their lives.
Finally with the hotfix got the cutscene once I went to the necralisk! Loid getting cold feet and fearing the worse when it's the family having various reactions towards Albrecht for his deception!
