#entj problems

I may be feeling defeated after what was 2021, I didn’t get most of my goals I set out for myself and I won’t lie that it’s a bit of a kick to the ego but I’m determined to make something of 2022. Perhaps some of what I wanted was a bit too ambitious that I had set out for within a year so I think I’ll keep it humble. I feel like I really fell off my track for a solid two thirds of last year, it’s hard having to battle your inner demons and trying to achieve improvement on what you were beforehand.

So I didn’t get my lifting goals, nor did I complete DIVE (I’ve got one chapter and the epilogue left), save up 5k (I spent that much and more), or get in enough hikes. I did however accomplish perfecting some of my baking/cooking, improve my art, finished the October art challenge (I’m terrible with deadlines), and hauled myself into a better headspace spite feeling like the world was on fire (anxiety and depression be damned). I can’t say I did nothing, it was hard getting myself back.

I’ve decided there’s a small list of things I’m going to work towards this year. Some goals that I had set out for other years that just weren’t in my grasp but now they are. I’ll be working on some self improvement mainly but there’s a couple of extra things I think I’ll be working on outside of me over the course of the year.
