Timeless Beauty Spell -Energy Work

As you read this, feel the flow of energy moving through you in the present moment. Beginning at the top of your head, at your 7th chakra, imagine a brilliant disc of violet light, spinning slowly at first. With each breath, feel it picking up speed, growing brighter and more vibrant. As it spins, the light intensifies, clearing away any lingering thoughts or energy that no longer serve you.

Now, move your attention down to your 6th chakra, behind your forehead- your Third Eye. See it glowing indigo, spinning faster as it opens to clarity and insight. With every turn, it becomes brighter, casting away confusion or doubt. Let this light expand through your mind, sharpening your focus and intuition.

Next, bring your awareness to your 5th chakra, the Throat. Visualize it as a bright blue light, spinning freely with ease. With every rotation, the light grows stronger, clearing any blockages in communication or self-expression. Let your voice flow with truth, confidence, and clarity.

Move down to your 4th chakra, the Heart. See it as a radiant green light, spinning with love, compassion, and healing energy. As it spins, it grows brighter, filling your chest with warmth and unconditional love. Imagine old hurts or heavy energy dissolving, replaced with lightness and peace.

Now, focus on your 3rd chakra, the Solar Plexus. Imagine a golden yellow light spinning, becoming brighter with every breath. As it spins, it awakens your inner strength, your willpower, and your sense of self-worth. Feel the brightening light clearing any doubts or fears, empowering you with confidence.

Moving down to your 2nd chakra, the Sacral, visualize an orange light spinning within your lower belly. See it glowing brighter with each breath, clearing any stuck energy, bringing creativity, passion, and flow. Let this light awaken your connection to your emotions, your desires, and your creative power.

Finally, reach your 1st chakra, the Root, at the base of your spine. See it as a red light spinning steadily, grounding you to the earth. As it spins, the light grows brighter and more powerful, clearing any fears of instability or disconnection. Feel your body anchored, safe, and fully supported.

As you continue to breathe naturally, feel all seven chakras aligned, spinning freely and brightly. Notice your hands and feet have chakras as well and let those spin and radiate light. You are fully grounded, balanced, and radiating light from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Welcome back to Kitchen Adventures with Joy! I have lost track of how many weeks I've been sharing these now ~ I only know that I missed last week.

Well, last weekend was a lot. Juggling energy work during an online retreat with family that is not spiritual at all and so very mired in the 3d that it's sometimes as if we're living in different worlds.

Which, in a way, we are. It's a very different midnset, a different vocabulary at times. And translating can be fun, but also tiring.

And so there were no kitchen adventures last week.

But! I've had this entire weekend for myself! Four days of just me, myself, and I.

... and my weekly delivery of fruit and veggies, a whole lot of ideas, and best of all: the time to actually do something with these ideas!

Yeah, I am so not overbooking myself like that again.

But as I said, this weekend there was the space, and so, the creating happened. And I actually feel refreshed, my head is clearer, I am more present.

... though that might also actually be due to the fact that I caught up on sleep.

Actually, it's probably both. It's always both, isn't it?

So! Let's dive into what amazing things were created in the tiny kitchen this week!

Have you ever considered what is standing in your way and what are your blocks to abundance?

Sometimes our fields can be an energetic mess which needs to be decluttered, reprogrammed and cleared so that we are able to elevate ourselves towards complete abundance.

Abundance is around you all of the time, the only thing standing between you and your highest timeline of abundance is you and the blocks and distortions in your own field.
