And now for something completely different.

I think Hegel’s master-slave dialectic is especially interesting  in the context of Horatio society as portrayed in the visual novel version of their lore  I just think they’re neat.

But anyway, I got inspired during an Endless Space 2 campaign where around halfway through the game the surviving empires on the map divided in two alliances waging a neverending galactic war. Except for the Cravers, who for a time waged little wars with both sides.  Their DNA was quickly spliced into that of the Horatios, who over time became increasingly militaristic.

So I’m picturing that these two are on an Imperator class carrier on their way to steal your chromosomes and keeping a presentable appearance because when you’re the emperor’s finest you have to look the part (no bruises!).
