📖 “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” – Psalm 91:1

As another week comes to an end, God invites us into a place of rest, not just physical rest, but spiritual rest. In a world filled with constant demands, noise, and uncertainty, the safest place for a believer is in the presence of God.

Psalm 91 reminds us that those who dwell in the shelter of the Most High will find security, peace, and strength. To dwell means more than visiting God's presence occasionally; it means making Him our daily dwelling place. It is choosing to trust Him in every season, seek Him in every situation, and remain close to Him through prayer and His Word.

There will always be challenges that try to steal our peace. But when we abide in God's presence, we discover that His peace is greater than our fears, His promises are stronger than our doubts, and His love is deeper than our struggles. The closer we draw to Him, the more confidence we have that He is watching over us.

This weekend, don't just rest your body, allow God to refresh your soul. Spend time in worship, meditate on His Word, and thank Him for His faithfulness throughout the week. Let go of every burden you have been carrying and place it into His capable hands. He is your refuge, your fortress, and your ever-present help.

Remember, you were never created to carry life's burdens alone. God delights in strengthening those who put their trust in Him.

From where I am this year compared to last year as an artist I have improved art wise, but honestly, regressed mentally and emotionally. This time last year I was happier sharing my work because I shared it with people who mattered, shared it for fun and enjoyment! Along the way I got lost and have now found myself somewhere lonely and grey.

With that realization I wanna go back to the happiness I was at last year: where I created for the enjoyment of it… not for the likes, views or followers. Yes, all that is nice but it’s just a bonus of what really matters: the love of why you’re doing this in the first place. Easier said than done I know, but I’m back in that journey to find the enjoyment and happiness I once had. Back to where I just had Tumblr and no where else ❤️ because thinking back I remember, the few is what made me feel like a million!
