If you trade through Encora, please be wary of the user "traderbyheart". They also go under "ILOVETradingtime".
I have traded twice with this user and a both times they've either send broken links or links that have nothing to do with the show requested. Also, they used a fake email to sign up so it is impossible to contact them in any way. They also initiate trades constantly despite being supposedly "Closed for Trading".
If you ever get a trade from this user I would recommend just deleting the trade and blocking them.
