So, is anyone else’s service having the trouble we are having getting medication? (Particularly morphine and epi)

I mean, we have NO morphine left at all for the next three months at least.

And our protocols for epinephrine have drastically changed and we have officially started hoarding epi.

So, as most of you all know... New boots are a wonderful thing, but also bring the SHITTIEST luck.

I was so excited that I finally had enough extra money left over to buy a new pair considering my old boots didn’t have a zipper anyone, the laces were frayed and they were scuffed like I had drug my toes through gravel while riding a bike.

Boy, was I wrong to be excited.

I have driven 1000+ miles in the last 10 days, worked a code, a major trauma involving a close family friend and had to call for air medical for said patient.

But you know, today, as I’m just waking up to go to work, I’m gonna lace these boots up, and prepare for another (and hopefully better) day.
