Happy 4 years anniversay to them and this scene, still missing them everyday <3<3<3

I don't see Emily as a person who gives up so easily. She finally has Alison and now she wants a divorce? What kind of logic is that.

My heart is so broken right now. The Perfectionists was not a last minute thing, it was in the making for awhile. & obviously with any show the goal is to be picked up for multiple seasons so with that being said. Why create an endgame involving not only marriage but children knowing your main star will have to be seperated from that for the sake of the spinoff? PLL had not only brought Paige back but they actually had Paily reconnect for a brief moment. So I'm wondering why not have just made Paily endgame? It'd make more sense for Alison to have lost the only girl she'd ever loved & decide to start over in a place where she doesn't know a soul. Ultimately, the decision was made to not enrage Emison fans & to have us tune in to see what was in store for Alison & hopefully Emison. But at the end of the day it just left us more enraged & heartbroken because nothing hurts more than getting what you want 7 years later & losing it all in a matter of 4 episodes. & I hope one day writers can see the real pain behind these sort of things. How the pain isn't necessarily based off of fictional characters & our "ship not sailing" but more so on the fact that we're so deprived of representation & we just want to thrive like every other heterosexual couple.
