This won't make any sense to anyone except me but I just realized I wrote my God of the Lesser Sun Wrav and the Eldritch-Shadow Princess Zaaym-Ila as a way to subconsciously vent my frustration at how much better The Darkling and Alina Starkov could have been written,,,,,,it's the Sun and Shadow thing, it's the "only I can understand you in all the world" thing, it's the "like calls to like" thing, it's the "lovers to enemies" pipeline thing, it's being soulmates but not actually being good partners for each other because one of them will always always need the other to become more like them to have harmony in the relationship, I'm so excited to write them more, wow
