I’m not quite sure what the flowers and gemstone thing going on is but it sounds cute! My favorite flower is the hydrangea and my favorite gemstone is an emerald :) Hope you’re doing well lovely xx

Two flirting birds, flitting about midair, get too frisky in the morning sunshine. The collide headfirst into your flower bushes, spraying pastel blue petals and a couple scarlet feathers too. You peer bemusedly down at them from your bay window, distracted from your novel. They hop to the top of the bush, unbothered by their crash landing, before flying off again. You close the book in your lap, caressing its emerald spine and embossed gold lettering. Like a distant melody, your phone rings, someone dear on the other end of the line.

1. What is your degree/favorite subject?
my favourite subject is biology!
2. Where are you from?
the best city in germany ;)
3. What motivates you to study?
honestly not much haha. i study well (or only, rather) under pressure aka the night before. what usually motivates me then is not failing a thing.
4. What do you love about yourself?
i’m quite rational and am usually good with understanding new concepts! also, if we go physically... i have “loads” of moles (not the gross looking ones) that i think are rather nice :)
5. What time do you do your best studying?
... sadly at night time
6. What is your favorite TV show?
criminal minds and the x-files!
7. Best self-care tips for exam season?
don’t study unnecessarily! there is a lot of small details and irrelevant things that you will not need to know, so focus on the “bigger picture”, rather. also, take breaks and stay very hydrated!! and sleep. sleep is important, too
8. Do you listen to music when you study?
i don’t! i find it distracting. the only kind of music that would probably work for me is classical, but i haven’t tried yet
9. What is your favorite book?
“the trees” by ali shaw
10. Where do you do your best studying?
on my bed! ...i know everyone always says you shouldn't study on your bed but that is the only place i do study, haha. either that or the kitchen table
11. What do you get complimented on often?
my eyes (even though i think they’re not very special)
12. Where would you like to live in the future?
i’m quite content with where i live now, i have to say. if money was no factor i’d probably move to london for a while though!
13. How long have you been active on your studyblr?
more or less for about half a year!!
14. Favorite way to spend your study breaks?
either walking my dog or napping or social media
15. What is your favorite study snack?
dried fruits!

I’ve been reading this book called S, written by Doug Dorst, that’s a story within a story between these two college students who only communicate through annotations of a library book. It’s absolutely wonderful
