After 18 months of on-and-off work on this task, I've finished concepting our set of lowerclass khajiit furniture for Beyond Skyrim: Elsweyr. This is a fraction of it selected by coolness factor :P

Our Khajiit furniture is designed with the varied morphologies of the Khajiit in mind, their communal nature, and the various parts of their daily life. You can catch a glimpse of the world in the materials used, depictions of wild & domestic animals, tools, spiritual beliefs and what they hang above their mantlepiece as a souvenir.

My idea for a TES game featuring Elsweyr is that the protagonist/player is the mane but nobody believes them because there's already a corrupt leader claiming to be the mane. And of course there's an end-of-the-world scenario where you have to prove (or fail trying) that you are the mane. I'm sure they can come up with some reason for why the mane can be some other race too due to the lore claiming the mane is actually a reincarnation who is born again and again in different bodies, which is why there can only be one at a time. And I think someone could make this in the Skyrim engine before TES 6 comes out

The Void Nights are not spoken about enough in lore.

"Yeah the moons disappeared for two years. It was pretty scary I guess but not really that big of a deal? Well except for the Khajiit who hold the moons as centrepieces of their culture, religion, and reproduction.

Oh, how did the Khajiit reproduce or have their forms decided while this was happening? IDK.

But its fine. The moons came back eventually, somehow. The Thalmor said it was them that fixed it which probably isn't true but ok.

Its not like we already knew that the Moons could remain consistent through a Dragon Break. So whatever this was was probably even more nuts.

Its cool."
