28.9.2018: Hope you guys all had a great summer! Mine was quite eventful - not necessarily in the good way, but things are looking a bit better right now, so that’s what I’m trying to focus on. Third year (already?! I’m getting old!) of uni started some weeks ago and I’m trying to get back into a seemingly productive schedule after not having the best second year due to illness and other factors. There’s already too much to work through for each of my three current 6 weeks long classes (Statistics, Psychopathology, Deception in Clinical Settings), but until now I’m liking the topics (well except statistics but I have to get through it somehow). For one course we need to learn the whole DSM-5 desk reference by hard which I have no idea how to handle, but today I’ll first drink a lot of coffee and then try to sit down and productively work through some articles on Factitious Disorder and Munchausen by proxy syndrome, which is really interesting.
Pictured above are some fall-colored pictures I took in the forest and of my workspace when I stayed in my hometown.
Wish you all an amazing Friday, xx Amber :)
