IMPORTANT UPDATE ON JURDAN: CARDAN CONFESSED!!ðŸ¤ðŸ’—
(I forgot to post it yesterday)
This is so canon hehe
Another update on jurdan: Jude is crushing too!!💗
Okay, I saw a lot of edits on my tiktoks fyp about this one and honestly it looked so good that I had to check it out and oh my goodness. We need to get more badly. So support this team !
You can really tell they all put so much love, efford, time and everything into it. It looks completely like a show and Im so impressed by it. The places, the acting, the outfits ... They seriously deserve all the help and support to create more cause this is AMAZING.
Read all of the book and loved them and they are bringing it all to life. They created some real art with this one. Hopefully they will be able to do more and I will be here for it honestly. Good luck to them with this all and such a good job 💜.
If anyone wants to check them out heres their link site :

"Most of all, I hate you because I think of you. Often. It’s disgusting, and I can’t stop." — Cardan Greenbriar. The transition from The Cruel Prince to The Queen of Nothing is the only character arc that matters.
How The Prince of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories
How The Prince of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories is a great exploration of Cardan and Black just breaks your heart for him. Over and over and over. And in part that’s why I loved the framing device. On a mission with his wife, Jude, it gives you that little bit of comfort, knowing that he’ll survive and thrive. But, oh, how you’ll want to just hug him. His obsession with Jude in the original…
Oak and Suren manage to somehow be complete opposites and also the same person.
Oak was raised in a home in which he was given so much love and protection that it was nearly suffocating. All around him were people who loved him so much that they were sacrificing their own happiness, health, wellbeing, and safety to protect him which just led to him feeling unworthy of their love and sacrifice. He hid the darkest aspects of himself to be the perfect person in order to not disappoint his loved ones and as a result felt like no one would love him if they truly knew him.
And then there’s Suren who was deprived of love and protection, who had no mother or sisters to fight for her and shield her from a crown. She was tortured and rejected and forced to wear her darkest self on the outside to protect herself and became vicious and wild. The family she loved rejected her once they saw her true form and even once she gained freedom from her captors she was isolated and alone for years. She believed herself unworthy of love because it is what she was taught through violence and cruelty.
So then there they are two lonely kids who feel entirely unloveable and inadequate who love and see each other for who they are in their entirety both the light and the dark but are unable to trust or believe that the other is capable of loving them. It’s tragic and it’s beautiful and it’s exactly the kind of thing I want to see when romance is at the center of a story.
