That's how my music production workflow looks like. I have a dozen or more projects in the cloud as well. My simple funda is to create anything and save it as an ableton clip, every single day. No barrier holds, even if its a shitty melody or chords, I produce something and save them and then one day you're making a track and you get something perfect for your project, you go back to these saved clips and you save hassles. Producers right here - No matter what make something, save them - always use an SSD or cloud for saving all your data backups.
