Whumper's fingers fiddle with the further knob, "Hmm? I just want the truth." "I don't have it--" Whumpee's sobbing now. "Lying doesn't look good on you, Whumpee." "I'm not lying!--oh, stop!" "If she hadn't seen you, I wouldn't have to do this," Whumper's hand paints Whumpee's navel, "You do know how much I hate hurting you..." "Then...stop...please..." Whumpee's shaking from the pain. Whumper leans close, his tired eyes a breath away from Whumpee's, "When you answer me, I will." Groaning in agony, Whumpee sinks back on the hard wood surface, exhausted. "Fu--fine, I was--I was there--" Whumper drops lower so Whumpee can turn towards his ear, "I took the--the substances and I--nngh--I passed them off to--to--to Caretaker--" "When?" "I don't--know. I think it was--midnight--" "Mmm...are you sure?" His rich voice is a stark contrast to the ringing in Whumpee's ears, "I can't let you go on just a possiblity, Whumpee." "Yes, I'm sure, now please--please let me go, Whumper." Whumper's eyes flicker to the door. "Where is Caretaker now?" "I don't know." Sighing, Whumper lets his lips graze Whumpee's neck, "Oh, what a convenience." His hand returns to the electro knob. With a keen, Whumpee tries to wrench away from Whumper. It doesn't work. "No-no! I swear I don't, Whumper, I swear!" Whumper pauses, his hand resting on the knob, "...very well." And he turns it, but the other way. Whumpee collapses in place, panting like a wounded dog. With a smile, Whumper nuzzles against Whumpee's tearstained face. "Not so hard when you can lose your pride, isn't it?" He remarks. "I hate you," Whumpee chokes. Whumper chuckles, "That just means you're still sane, Whumpee. For now..."
