While doing an illustration for an art collab book I also did some sketches of who would be the protagonist of said art. That ended up being BBB, a new fennec wrestler I would like to talk about more in the future, once I have some things sorted out For now, a little sketch before the big picture ~

He goes on to utterly dominate muscle-jobber Paul Drake, whose shredded, tanned, and oiled physique would've had me scrambling to find the remote and hit "Record" if I saw this match on television when it first aired. Now we are fortunate to have the full match available on YouTube.
A Heel wrestler could gain a more powerful, dangerous reputation by defeating buff, muscular opponents. The viewers would think: if Landel can destroy this stud, imaging what he'll do if he gets his hands on Rick Martel, Tony Garea, Shawn Michaels, or any other beloved pretty-boy fan favorite. Plus I'm sure it helped the ratings to feature really fit, sexy Enhancement Talent instead of out-of-shape shmoes.
Normally we'd see Landel apply the Figure Four Leglock following the Big Elbow Drop, but here he demonstrates his power advantage by going to the cocky Pinfall immediately after the Elbow. Landel's cocky pinfall here is just delicious. I love this arrogant SOB!
