so, about a year ago I saw this post on tumblr, which I can’t find anymore but I needed to share it anyways
This is an almost 100 y/o Theatre which was converted into this stunning bookstore, it’s called El Ateneo Grand Splendid Let’s be real, this is every reader’s/writer’s dream, you can even sit there and have a cup of coffee.
However, in the caption it said that this store was located in Buenos Aires and one the one hand I was super excited because I will go to Argentinia for 3 month at the end of 2018 with my grandparents but on the other hand I wasn’t sure whether this was really existing or not. So a couple months after I was talking to my grandma about the trip to Argentinia and I remembered the post and told her about it. Plot twist: They’ve already been to Argentina a couple times before and she told me that they’ve actually visited this store before and we could of course go there.
No matter how much I might suck at Spanish, I’m not gonna leave this store without a book under my arm.
