spaceshroom doodle page!!! was meaning to do one cause i love this duo a lot but then we got even more yesterday so i simply had to include that. they're so silly <3

Elaina is descended from the gnomes that escaped the corruption. Elaina is not a gnome though, she just descends from them. Gnomes eventually did go extinct but yeah. Elaina is a Truffle Elf (yes, the Afterlife SMP origin "Truffle". I do headcanon Shrub to be a Truffle Gnome, lol). Gnomes went extinct, and so eventually the Truffle Gnome population died out, but Truffle's lives on and began intermingling with Elves, hence why Elaina is a Truffle Elf, but she does have some Gnome and Truffle Gnome Ancestry lol :)

Elaina's cave home (before coming to the Academy) was originally Mother Wolf's cave in the Undergrove.

Eternal Summer's capital (where the Academy and Castle are) was built on the grounds of what once was the Crystal Cliffs.

i know elaina was aided in learning to trust her dragon after the uh… incident (i believe by megi or gracie? my memory is failing rn sigh)

but would there be times when celi gets a little too excited or angry when elaina would still remember the dragon’s fangs in her arm, the pain of losing a life?

She was definitely aided by Graecie and Jibble to make amends with Celi after the 'incident,' but she absolutely gets pings of anxiousness from knowing what Celi is capable of (mostly because out of character i'm now terrified it could happen again LOL)
