What Is Ejection Fraction (EF)? A Simple Guide
Ejection Fraction (EF) is a percentage that shows how well your heart pumps blood.
Normal EF: 55–70% Low EF (<40%) may indicate weak heart function.
Common symptoms include shortness of breath, fatigue, and swelling in legs.
