Lebkuchen cookies are by far my favorite cookie of all time.  They are spicy & sweet and the flavors seriously dance all over your taste buds.  If you’ve never had lebkuchen, the flavor is similar to gingerbread cookies, but so much better, especially with a lemon glaze to accentuate and offset the spices.
