Part 1: Scrambled: You fell head over heels for Ryland Grace when you were twelve and he was thirteen. You let him break your heart when you were eighteen and he was nineteen (and an asshole). Now you're thirty-four. Now you're single, and determined to stay that way. Now you know better than to expect anything more from him than friendship, and advice, and maybe some sperm while you're at it?

Part 2: Shirred: When he was thirteen, Ryland made you a promise. At nineteen, he fulfilled it. You sort of wished he hadn't. At thirty-four, you've made yourself a promise. You are trying very hard to keep it. You really wish you weren't.
