Dorcas watched the snow falling to the ground keenly in one of the courtyards. Clad in various pelts (not actual animal pelts, Merlin, she wasn’t an advocate of murder) and with a few simple Warming Spells in effect she leant against a tree. She must have spent a solid half hour observing the scene when nearing footsteps shook her from her stupor. Looking up, she recognized it as Mr. Bones -- it took a moment of hazy, cobweb-filled cognition for her to recall that he was one of the Aurors stationed here and had to go on regular rounds. But Amelia had told her he had been injured -- it seemed rather inhumane to force him to be out this soon, and during the brunt of winter. 

“Mr. Bones!” She said wildly, trotting over to meet him. “Are you alright? I heard -- did Bellatrix -- are you --” At last she closed her mouth and enveloped the man in a hug, all questions silenced. Dorcas hadn’t expected to see the man who was practically her adoptive father until Christmas, which was still a blink of the eye away.

Edward: I honestly can't tell the two of you apart half the time because I don't go by height or age.
